Garlic and Mustard Dry Rub
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon brown sugar
4 tablespoons ground paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Just mix it all together and then rub on steak. Then let the steak come to room temperature before grilling. Enjoy!
