Handy as a pocket on a shirt.

Jaccuzzi 2005

This is a 2005 Nebbiolo recreation from Sonoma. This wine is crazy
heavy, juicey, big, inky, with a light nutty finish. The deep berry
flavor blossoms as we finish the bottle. Speaking of which, Jason
Brock and I polished the whole thing off tonight. I'd like to always
have a bottle of this on hand. We had capicola, bagette and zamarano
cheese. A lucky, perfect match.
