well... that was a lot of hype. it's still a great house. the pool is nice. the downstairs is tolerable. but upstairs is 4 cramped bedrooms. that's a real problem. the location is perfect. however, all the floors need to be replaced up and down. the wood floors down are ok, but they really need to be refinished. it looks like the floors were installled by the owner who was very unskilled. the carpet upstais smells, is stained, and looks like general shit. one bedroom has one type of really cheap laminate wood. another bedroom has a differnt and even cheaper laminate. the J&J bath needs some serious love. there's probably 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 different tiles in the dining, laundry, bathrooms and other areas. in order for the house to sell for what it's worth, the upstairs would have to be gutted and replanned. it should be changed to three bdrms and a upstairs living. long story short, the floor plan is not modern. the house will never sell. I feel sorry for the seller.
