Besides the typical things that most people look for in a house, I also like to consider how much work is involved to get the house ready for move in.
Bentley Dr: Nice house. Overall I'd say that it is appealing. The only issue to me would be that it is a corner lot. To me, corner lot means traffic. The other thing would be that some of the rooms have a lot of corners which could hinder the placement of your stuff.
Alsten Ln: Not bad. The floor layout seems ok from the pictures. What I do see in this house is a lot of work. Work in the since that I would have to repaint the house. That evergreen color is hard to deal with.
Westclarke: A big turd. I'd avoid this craphole. When a realtor posts pictures, they generally pick the best things about the house to show. In this case, if this is the best of the house, then you may be in trouble. There is a reason why the main part of the house isn't being shown in the pics.
Overall, I'd say pictures can be deceiving! What looks fantastic in a picture may not be so great in person. The opposite is true as well. I looked at a lot of homes that looked great in the pictures only to find that they were total shite in person.
